Where we ship
We ship Darby’s Famous Fudge to addresses in the continental United States. We’re not able to ship fudge to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, or outside the U.S., since longer transit times affect its freshness.

Shipping rates
Shipping is $18 per order, or $15 on orders of $99 or more. Rates apply to standard ground shipping within the continental U.S.

When your order ships
Every order is made fresh in our Natchez kitchen. Most orders ship within 48 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours during busy times. If there’s a delay with your order, we’ll let you know by email.

Summer shipping
When temperatures in Natchez climb above 90 degrees, we may pause shipping, because fresh fudge can melt in hot delivery trucks. During a pause, you can still order online and pick up at our shop.

Faster shipping
Need it sooner? Call us to ask about 2nd Day or Next Day shipping. Expedited rates are estimates and can change because of carrier fuel surcharges. We’ll always let you know before any additional charges apply.

Local pickup
Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order at 410 Main St, Natchez, MS 39120, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

If you have a special shipping request, we’re happy to help. Call us at (601) 446-9737, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.

Please double-check your address
Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, any additional shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please also include a phone number and email address so we can reach you if we have a question about your order.

Substitutions
On rare occasions, we may need to make a comparable substitution, such as a flavor or packaging change. We’ll always choose something as close to your original order as possible.

Returns

Fudge and food items
Because Darby’s Famous Fudge and our other food items are perishable, they can’t be returned.

Non-perishable items
Non-perishable items can be returned within 10 days of purchase for store credit.
